This development is a twenty four storey high building that includes 4 parking levels within the podium, 5 commercial units 240 residential units. It is located in the heart of downtown London within viewing distance of the Thames River The building structure is constructed of primarily precast concrete panels with an internal structure of cast in place concrete.

Gordon Square consists of three residential buildings and an additional amenities building. This complex was started in 2018 with its last building still due to be completed. All of the building structures in this complex are designed and constructed of primarily precast concrete panels with an internal structure of cast in place concrete.

This is an example of efficiency in design. Its overall plan utilizes symmetry and uniformity to reduce design and construction costs. The buildings supporting structure is done with concrete masonry blocks and hollow core floor assemblies and all exterior cladding consists of steel stud framing.

This double tower building has 4 levels of underground parking and ground level commercial units. Tower A provides seventeen stories of residential units. Tower B provides sixteen storeys with rooftop amenities including a pool. The building structure is constructed of cast in place concrete with metal stud cladding.

This townhouse complex was designed with one storey partially below grade and three above allowing for four floors of residential occupancy. The lower two levels are single floor dwellings units, the upper two have been designed to create a two storey residents. The complex is constructed almost entirely of wood and utilized ICF construction for the foundation.
